We hired Window World to replace all the windows and doors in our 100 year old house. They sent out their two best installers, Blake Asbury and David Sharp. I met these folks at the Home Show here in charleston and discussed a window install for my 100 year old house. Everyone I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. I never felt pressured or uneasy in the conversation.
After the decision was made to go ahead with the project the guys came out and did a quick measurement of the windows and we did the paperwork that afternoon.
My installers were Blake and David. I bought them doughnuts, which they didn’t eat because they were too busy working HARD. They were extremely professional, courteous and skilled.
The final install looks amazing! But the best part is I can’t hear any trucks driving by or planes overhead any longer. It’s made my home so much more peaceful and enjoyable. My sleep has definitely improved. And I know I’ll save money getting rid of those drafty windows.

Hello my name is Joe. My wife and I are pleased with Window World ( St. Albans, West Virginia). Our installation was a success. The crew was led by seasoned installer Andy and Austin the other gentleman worked very hard and quickly. These installers and the company, Window World of Kanawha was truly a pleasure to watch. After installation they cleaned up and then Austin showed how all the windows operated and how to clean them and also where to look on the window for the model number in case there is an issue with a window at a later date. We are thankful for beautiful new windows, and are blessed that Window World of Kanawha, and their excellent installers put them in for us.
We have more projects to do, we will definitely be using Window World of Kanawha.
